We do not have a return policy on unopened products, but you may be eligible for a free exchange if the product is defective, damaged, is the wrong item, or not working as intended. 

If there is a mistake on the order (wrong product, wrong product size, wrong shipping address), please contact us as soon as possible. If we are contacted and notify the factory before shipment, you might be eligible for a refund.

To start a return or refund, you can contact us at orders@brightwellaquatics.com. If your return or refund is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on what to do next. Always refer to these instructions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on products that have been used unless there is proof that product is not working as intended when used as directed. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The safest way to ensure you get what you want is to refer to the information we provide via email during the exchange process. Follow the steps given to receive your item(s).

Refunds
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
